Verbruiksoverzicht offers its users a simple but very powerful tool where utility consumption is made visible or transmitted to the customer’s platform. The focus is on individual residential units and rental properties, where smart meter data (ODA) is collected and/or energy consumption is made visible with intermediate meters (water/electricity/gas). Through a partnership with Netmore Group (market leader LoRaWAN networks), Consumption Overview can offer data assurance and an affordable solution to extract data from consumption meters. Customers range from property managers, commercial (collective) buildings, owners’ associations, holiday parks to private individuals, each with their own goal of gaining insight into their energy consumption. By linking and integrating the data from Verbruiksoverzicht into the Facilitee app for tenants, tenants can gain accurate insight into their consumption for gas, water and light.
